1. Overview

iPageMint is a 100% offline smart document studio that combines on‑device AI intelligence, professional document creation, PDF editing, batch automation, and legal‑grade eSignatures — all without ever sending your data to the cloud.

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All your documents, signatures, annotations, and AI processing remain on your device – always.

2. Data We Collect

iPageMint does NOT collect:

Personal information (name, email, address)
Document content or metadata
Usage analytics or crash reports
Location data
Contacts or calendar data

All app data (documents, annotations, signatures, form fills, AI summaries, classifications, and extracted entities) is stored locally on your device in the app’s private storage directory. Nothing ever leaves your device.

3. Offline AI

iPageMint features on‑device AI that runs entirely locally:

Summarization – TextRank algorithm extracts 2–5 key sentences.
Classification – Detects document type (Invoice, Contract, Resume, etc.).
Entity Extraction – Finds dates, amounts, emails, phone numbers, and clauses.

No data is sent to any external AI service. All AI processing happens exclusively on your device. We do not train any models on your data.

4. Camera & Photo Library

iPageMint requests camera and photo library access only when you use the Scanner feature to scan physical documents. Photos taken or imported are processed entirely on your device – they are never uploaded anywhere.

5. File Access

iPageMint reads PDF and document files only when you explicitly open them using the “Open PDF” or “Open Document” features. Files are never transmitted off your device.

6. Internet

iPageMint may use internet access to download Google Fonts on first launch for the document editor. No document data is involved in this request. After fonts are cached, the app works fully offline.

7. Third‑Party Services

iPageMint uses the following open‑source packages, all of which operate entirely offline:

pdfx – PDF rendering
pdf – PDF generation
image – Image processing
flutter_quill – Rich text editing
google_fonts – Typography

None of these packages transmit data externally.

8. Data Retention

Documents and annotations are stored in your device’s app storage. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling iPageMint or clearing app data in your device settings.

9. Children’s Privacy

iPageMint does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app contains no advertising, no in‑app purchases, and no data collection.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, changes will be reflected in the app with an updated “Last Updated” date.
